I had to read this article for my IST 431 class and while I was reading it..I told myself that I needed to to share it.
After reading through it..it talks of some good ways to sort through all of the information that comes in each day. The one idea the I really like is using an RSS feed to limit the reports that an employee receive in their Inbox
